Manager, Product Management - Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Solutions

What do we do?
The EU Services Product Team delivers solutions to help our business operate efficiently and add value to our core Open Finance Offerings focusing on diverse areas from onboarding, KYC and AML, transaction monitoring, fraud, dispute solutions, product operations and special projects

With clear goals we design, build, and maintain effortlessly cool, simple and joyful applications and compliant end-user experiences that powers a range of powerful use cases that open banking enables.


Your role

We are looking to hire a product manager to lead our strategic thinking and execution on fraud prevention solutions and managing transaction monitoring systems required to operate . A key criteria to succeed in the role is the ability to manage a multitude of stakeholders including vendors (both internal and external), data science teams, and customers. The role requires a collaborative approach and is expected to lead the co-creation or optimisation of products to work for the Open Finance unit.

Responsibilities
•\tDeliver the fraud and transaction monitoring vision
•\tMaintain a detailed, forward-looking backlog for at least three cycles.
•\tIdentify pain points and solutions through market and business analysis.
•\tGuide the team and stakeholders on the roadmap, facilitating collaboration.
•\tAct as the in-house expert on fraud and transaction monitoring
•\tIncrease the usage of managed products.


About you
•\tExperience in delivering fraud prevention and transaction monitoring tools
•\t5+ years of successful end-to-end product management
•\tStrong track record of building data-driven products
•\tWell adverse within agile product management
•\tExcellent communication skills and an ability to simplify the complex
•\tYou hold a degree in Computer science, IT Development or a similar degree
•\tInternal evangelist of great user and customer experiences
•\tA great technical aptitude and understanding
•\tA great passion for reading and learning
•\tYou focus on getting incremental product releases fast to the market
•\tStrong and ambitious leadership


Additional skills (good to have, but not required)
•\tExperience working within Open Finance/ Open Banking
•\tKnowledgeable about PSD2, financial legislation and compliance
•\tSaaS experience, or experience in another Tech company
•\tProgramming or prototyping experience
