The following position is to join our **Enterprise Services Procurement** organization as a **Procurement Manager** (note: this role is for an individual contributor position) to lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services for complex test equipment, while managing supplier performance and purchase orders throughout their life cycle against DoD, FMS, DCS, and internal spend. **What You Will Do** + Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy + Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents + Preparation and issuance of request for quotations/proposals (RFQs/RFPs) + Perform price and cost analysis + Develop strategies in support of and lead formal negotiations on price, delivery, scope, and terms & conditions + Work closely with program customers and other functional groups (operations, quality, engineering, etc) to achieve objectives + Place purchase orders of medium to high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR/DFAR), corporate policy, and internal procedures + Maintain purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information + Manage performance to meet key metrics + Serve as the escalation path for consumers or stakeholders **Qualifications You Must Have** + Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience + Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar leadership role + Experience in a SAP based environment + Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services – including statement of work (SOW) review + Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow-down requirements, as well as standard terms and conditions) + Demonstrated knowledge / compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) + Price Cost Analysis experience + Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment + Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal internal customers **Qualifications We Prefer** + Working knowledge of Raytheon’s various supply chain systems and the SAP purchasing tools + Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Finance or STEM field + Experience in the Aerospace/Defense industry + Outstanding communication, strong presentation, and keen attention to detail + Highly organized and can effectively balance competing priorities with strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment. **What We Offer** Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
