Objectives:
• Drive and lead implementation of BASF Process Safety related Directives and Requirements in ECP/A.
• Lead implementation of Process Safety programs to ensure readiness of process safety realated activity in ECP/A.
• Cultivate and provide Process Safety expertise to raise site employee knowledge and awareness of Process Safety in ECP/A.

Main Tasks:
• Coordinating and implementing the Process Safety code according to BASF Responsible Care Management System (RCMS) requirements.
• Set up Process Safety related procedure and program for implementation among ECP/A sites according to BASF and EC Process Safety requirements.
• Coordinating and carrying out of the BASF Systematic SHE Reviews with a multidiscipline team according to BASF Group and EC requirements.
• Coordinating and carrying out explosion protection documents (EPD) analysis according to BASF Group and EC requirements.
• Inform about changes in regulatory requirements and provide applicability analysis to operations management. Provide technical solution and consultation to all the ECP/A sites on all questions concerning Process Safety.
• Providing expertise knowledge and training in Process Safety, develop the process safety representative of each ECP/A sites to enhance proper implementation of process safety management.
• Coordinating and carrying out process safety management review (PSMR) in ECP/A and supervise the implementation of PSMR in each ECP/A site.
• Participating in incident investigation related to Process Safety.
• Monitoring and reporting Process Safety performance in ECP/A.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Education: Bachelor or Master majored in Chemical industry
• Working Experience: Bachelor more than 5 years or Master more than 3 years in process engineering or process safety
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge in chemistry industry
- Process Safety experience in chemical operation
- Fluent oral and written English
