As a member of the Vehicle Care Team, you will be responsible for delivering the Vehicle Care Portal at scale to the Ford Pro Dealer Network. This will require collaboration across our Dealership Network and several stakeholders at Ford (Ford Pro, CX, FCSD, Digital Product, Marketing, XD, Field Operations, IT, GDIA, Model e, Lincoln, Finance, Legal, etc).

+ Manage the communications, coordination and execution of Vehicle Care Digital Tools (such as the Vehicle Care Portal) with internal partners and Ford/Lincoln Dealerships.
+ Collaborate closely with dealerships, the Field, Field Ops and internal stakeholders to successfully pilot and scale product.
+ Dealer Activation & Usage: Scale dealer activation and lead communications and materials to support Dealer and Field Teams
+ Develop and execute Field and Dealer onboarding process
+ Dealer Training: Collaboration with the Field/RE&T teams to develop Best Practices, Playbook materials, and training tools for Field & dealers. Launch an operationalization module to field.
+ Dealer Performance & Improvement (Engagement): Deploy, Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Work with Field Operations on communicating performance.
This position is a U.S. based role but will have global collaboration responsibility
Success will require a mix of talent that collectively understands the customer (as people) and Dealers and how to effectively communicate with them.

**Competencies / Skills**
+ Bachelors degree
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Ford Pro/Fleet experience strongly preferred
+ Ford/Lincoln Field experience strongly preferred; subject matter expert on dealership operations (Sales AND Service).
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in varying areas of the organization
+ Possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all actions
+ Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite
+ Ability to work independently, thought leadership, forward thinking
