Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Ticketing, Tyee/Advancement, Marketing, MMR, CRM/Data and others in administration to identify prospects, create new sales and retention prioritiesAggressively canvas Seattle business community for purpose of new lead creationSet appointments with current as well as past customersCold-call new leads to generate salesDevelop and maintain a personal client base of premium ticket buyer prospects and customersContact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell premium season tickets, partial plans, and group ticket plansSupport the planning of new sales and retention strategies for all premium seating areasWork closely with Assistant AD of Revenue Generation to identify leads and digital marketing campaignsUtilize national best practices to streamline sales processes and maximize resultsMiscellaneous duties as assigned by Senior Director of SalesQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration or business fieldExperience working in B2B, premium or sponsorship sales with collegiate and/or professional sports teamHighest level of personal and professional integrity and ethicsDemonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationshipsExperience with Paciolan and Salesforce preferredEffectively express and present ideas verbally and in writingBe able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunitiesAchieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals established by managementMaintain a flexible work schedule, including all home football gamesPay Transparency
The base pay for this position is $26.44- $31.25 per hour. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
