Manager, Platform and Operations Engineering

Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Key Responsibilities:** + We are obsessed with our clients - Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction by actively participating in service delivery, client communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive operational excellence through optimized planning and accurate resource assignment, in close collaboration with Project Managers (PMs) and Service Delivery Managers (SDMs). - Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with GTM, NTT France and the entire NTT Services organization, to enhance responsiveness, innovation and service quality for our clients. - Contribute to business development efforts, including pipeline reviews and direct involvement in presales engagements. + Together we can do great things and go far - Build strong relationships with your team members, promoting a culture of openness, trust, and confident leadership. - Lead performance management cycles, including annual goal setting, progress reviews, and career development planning. - Design and implement learning and development plans, including support for Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed. - Engage with FRALUX technical communities and Practice Leads, contributing to knowledge sharing and technical alignment. + We start and finish things - Manage core administrative processes including absence tracking, training requests, overtime validation, and expense approvals to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Champion data quality and enforce best practices and methodologies, promoting consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all team activities. - Monitor and optimize time allocation and team capacity, ensuring balanced workloads and service continuity. + We develop the bests - Drive AI adoption within the team, positioning it both as a core technical skillset and a catalyst for service modernization and innovation. - Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts, identifying staffing needs, opening requisitions, conducting interviews, and ensuring alignment with team and business goals. - Coordinate onboarding and empowerment of new team members, fostering smooth integration, continuous development, and long-term engagement. ​ **Knowledge and Attributes:** + Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across departments. + Analytical thinking and attention to detail, especially in planning and performance tracking. + Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced IT services environment. + Collaborative and supportive team player with a coaching attitude. ​ **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. + ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent (preferred). + Project Management or People Management certifications are a plus. **Required experience:** + Minimum 10 years of experience in IT services or technical operations, with a broad technology knowledge. + Experience in team leadership or people management. + Familiarity with tools such as Workday, K2, Rydoo, and timesheet systems. + Experience in interviews, mentoring, and leading projects or initiatives. + Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, and business operations in a service delivery context. **Workplace type** **:** On-site Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
