We are searching for the best talent for a hybrid Manager, Pharmacy Services for Patient Service Center located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Purpose:
The Manager, Pharmacy Services for Patient Service Center (PSC) plays a crucial role in the oversight of pharmacy team members and building and refining non-commercial pharmacy capabilities. This position leads pharmacy program initiatives including optimization and evolution of existing programs and processes. The role is responsible for pharmacy operations oversight to ensure safe and efficient methods for coordination of pharmacy programs and patient care services. The Manager, Pharmacy Services in its professional capacity, oversees Pharmacy Services and manages Pharmacy Operations Supervisors.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage escalations from health care providers, patients and field team for optimal patient experience
+ Supervise daily pharmacy operations ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory standards
+ Manage pharmacy services across multiple programs and initiatives
+ Provide continuous performance management through established goals and objectives and completion of mid-year and annual performance reviews for all direct reports
+ Ensure appropriate drug levels of inventory based upon forecasting and anticipated volume projections
+ Manage products for disposal and ensure compliant handling and documentation
+ Oversee pharmacy quality control program through development, assessment and implementation of processes and protocols
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, Brand, Hub Operations to support and operationalize new product launches, program enhancements and continuous support of established programs
+ Conduct Quarterly Business reviews based on Pharmacy metrics and performance
+ Manage and maintain national PIC license redundancy
+ Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workflows, systems, and procedures to increase productivity and improve the patient experience. Work with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and best practices.
+ Participate in building and maintaining respectful, collaborative internal/external team relationships, exercising and encouraging positivity
+ Willing to travel up to 10% of the time to support business operations, client meetings, and project requirements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
+ Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution
+ Active and unrestricted Pharmacist licensure for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
+ Minimum of 8 years of non-commercial pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or retail pharmacy experience
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role, ideally in the healthcare or pharmacy industry
+ Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, while also maintaining accountability.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years’ experience with Immunology medication and patients as a practicing, licensed pharmacist in a non-commercial pharmacy or specialty pharmacy
+ Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) certification
+ Multi-state, active licensure
