Required to work from Company Office (Chicago, IL) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week. **Job Type:** Full Time **Rate of Pay:** $97,906 per year Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. **Responsibilities** **Duties:** Employ search marketing tactics to increase visibility and engagement with content, products, or services in Internet-enabled devices or interfaces. Responsible for leading campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting. Apply social mastery to deliver against the client(s) goals, while working for the development and communication of all strategy while owning tactical execution. Responsible for day-to-day management of the Social Analyst, including both project management to ensure timely delivery of tasks and career development. Maintain oversight of budget and billing activity (pacing, Prisma management, draft billing, accuracy of budgets vs. strategy flowcharts). Lead client relationship with day-to-day contact and partner agencies (where applicable) by ensuring a seamless communication process. Plans campaign in tandem with creative agency teams with upcoming needs to deliver on the approved plan. Approve all budgets prior to launch and ensuring they match to flowchart. Contribute to accounting strategy including annual budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developments. Gather the research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development and recommendation for client delivery. Lead client relationship with day-to-day contact and partner agencies (where applicable) by ensuring a seamless communication process. Provide direction to Analyst(s) to conduct research necessary to build a new campaign. Oversee Analyst(s) management of campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments. Develop and recommend optimizations and/or testing plans. Pull data and research components needed for new business pitches. Contribute to development of agency level POVs on industry happenings. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field followed by three years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or three years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include three years of experience in each of the following: 1. MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization) applied in an agency environment. 2. Determine recommendations based on strategic campaign insights. 3. Create, actualize, and approve buys on Prisma to match internal MBD. 4. Align measurement efforts across platforms with learning agenda using Brand Lift study questions and 3rd party measurement partners. 5. Social platforms Certifications (Twitter Flight School (X), Facebook Blueprint, Pinterest Media buying, and Snapchat Media buying). 6. Meta Certified Media Buying Professional. Required to work from Company Office (Chicago, IL) certain days per week.
