Manager, People Data & Systems Governance

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:

 

The Manager, People Data & Systems Governance is responsible for designing an enforcing governance framework across our HR Systems landscape.  The role partners with Global and Regional teams across the Audit, Digital Technology, and People & Culture functions.

 

Manage audit controls, training delivery of controls, and policy compliance within the HR Systems landscape. Partner with COE’s to translate standards, policies, and procedures into measurable and manageable governance controls that can be reported and audited on a monthly, quarterly, or as needed basis. Drives data stewardship and governance for operating model changes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and roll out global data stewardship standards. Develop System and Data Controls associated with defined People & Culture global standards. Maintain governance of foundation data elements within OneHR (i.e. Job Architecture, Business Units, Legal Entity, Locations, etc.) Maintain delegation frameworks and position control. Lead governance response and training for SOX/ITGC documentation. Track and report system compliance and data integrity. Design and Build automation tools to enhance data accuracy and governance across SuccessFactors landscape. Manage cross-functional working groups to ensure global data standards and governance consistency across SuccessFactors.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

Internal: Director HR Systems; HR COEs; Finance; Legal; IT; Regional HR. External: SAP support; auditors; governance tool vendors.

 

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: 

5 years+ in HRIS/data governance; 3+ years in role supporting audit or compliance activities.

 

REQUIRED GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant education / certifications. Expertise in Master Data Management, Data Governance and Data Automation tools.

 

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

 

This is a full-time exempt position.  Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. As per operational requirements.

 

COMPENSATION

 

Base Salary Range $130,000-$160,000.
