Manager, Partnership Marketing

The Manager, Partnerships Marketing will play a critical role in managing key device and distribution partnerships supported by the Global Partnership Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:
Manage day-to-day relationships with key domestic and international partners. Build strong, collaborative relationships that drive mutual success, aligned with team and company goals.
Proactively identify marketing opportunities and secure impactful marketing collaborations that drive mutually beneficial results.
Effectively build and present programming priorities to global partners to inform and create campaign strategies.
Use innovative thinking to bring out-of-the-box ideas and solutions to partners, elevating the TWDC brand and Direct-to-Consumer offerings.
Strategic Input:
Manage the development of broader partner marketing strategies and bring new ideas to optimize impact and success.
Build and maintain marketing relationships with Tier 1 global partners
Think holistically about paid and editorial initiatives to maximize on-platform and off-platform exposure for priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Manage relationships with internal teams including but not limited to creative, legal, programming, product marketing, business development and regional marketing teams —to route campaign assets, approvals, and timelines to ensure timely delivery to partners.
Team Player mindset:
Work collaboratively across global and domestic teams, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues by sharing best practices and key learning about partners.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing within a subscription-based or direct-to-consumer business, brand marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably in media, streaming, or consumer technology; agency experience supporting similar clients is also valued.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
Strong understanding of the OTT, SVOD, and CTV landscape, along with digital marketing, partner ecosystems, and growth strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners at all levels, including cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience supporting international markets and collaborating with global stakeholders
Adaptable, flexible, and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to inform future strategies.
Ability to contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture, actively sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and working toward collective success.
The hiring range for this position in NYC, NY is $108,500 - $145,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
