Position Statement

\n

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Performance Media Manager to lead our performance media strategy, optimize performance, and maximize ROI across digital direct channels and tactical campaign performance. The manager will oversee budget allocation, audience targeting, and cross-channel analytics to drive scalable revenue growth. Ideal candidates combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in performance media.

What will I be doing?

\n

Performance Media Strategy & Execution

\n

Develop and implement data-driven performance media strategies tailored to the Chinese market, leveraging platforms such as Baidu, WeChat, Google Ads, and other PMPs to maximize Hilton’s revenue growth and ROI.

\n

Lead end-to-end PMP management, including keyword research, audience segmentation, ad format selection, and bid optimization to enhance hotel bookings and revenue.

\n

Data Analysis & Optimization

\n

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI) using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.

\n

Implement real-time optimizations based on performance trends and market shifts to ensure continuous improvement.

\n

Refine audience targeting and bidding strategies through predictive modeling and competitive benchmarking.

\n

Budget & Agency Management

\n

Allocate and manage budgets across performance channels (paid search, tactical campaign) to ensure cost efficiency and scalable growth.

\n

Tracking and management of hotel PMP budget to optimize the hotel performance within hotel committed budget.

\n

Oversee relationships with media agencies and media platforms, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with Hilton’s standards.

\n

Testing & Innovation

\n

Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding models to improve conversion rates and user experience.

\n

Stay ahead of industry trends, including emerging platforms (e.g., Google Pmix), regulatory changes, and AI-driven tools (Baidu AI 轻柯) to maintain competitive advantage.

\n

Document and share best practices with internal teams to foster knowledge transfer and process improvements.

\n

Cross-functional Collaboration

\n

Partner with digital direct channel to maximize digital direct channel efficiency and performance.

\n

Collaborate with MECC team to ensure hotel facing report 100% accuracy and in-time delivery.

\n

Work with the finance team to ensure the hotels receive the invoice monthly at the same time as the report.

\n

What are we looking for?

\n

Required Skills and Experience:

\n\nBachelor's degree \nFive (5) years of experience in performance media roles in Greater China.\nSubstantial experience in media agency performance management or working experiences with media agencies\nEffective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to analyze website performance data\nStrong problem-solving skills\nStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nUnderstand of principles and practical application of driving performance of websites, WeChat mini program.\nExpert knowledge of Google, Meta Bing and Baidu. Good understanding of web site tracking systems, and experience in using at least one such major system such as Adobe.\nExisting relationships with major media owners & search engine partners.\nAdvance understanding of all online channels, such as paid search, online display advertising, affiliates, SEO. Proven record of planning, managing & optimizing paid search/online activity to budget and revenue targets\nFluent in English & Mandarin\n\n

Preferred Skills and Experience:

\n\nExtensive knowledge of integrated marketing strategy or performance media experience and eCommerce experience. \nExtensive experience reviewing data, manipulating data, and developing insights  \nExtensive managerial experience\n\n
