VCA is looking a Manager of P&O Systems & Reporting will oversee and optimize the People & Organization technology infrastructure, data management and reporting functions for VCA. The Manager will develop, implement, manage and maintain analytics and reporting functions ensuring that P&O data is accessible, actionable and aligned with organizational goals. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders including People & Organization, Sr. Leadership Team, Mars Veterinary Health and others to support decision making through strategic data insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the strategy for P&O systems (ATS, LMS, etc.)
Manage system configuration, upgrades, and integrations
Partner with IT and vendors for system security and compliance
Lead change management for system updates and enhancements
Maintain data governance, user access, and system integrity standards
Collaborate with data and analytics teams across Mars Veterinary Health
Act as a liaison between P&O, IT, Finance, and other teams
Support HR Business Partners in improving data literacy and self-service reporting
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR technology, systems management, project management, data analytics, or reporting
Background in managing HR vendors and system integrations (preferred)
Strong ability to lead and influence without direct authority
Proven stakeholder management skills
Additional Information
Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
