How you will contribute

You will:

Overhead:
1. Lead the annual/quarterly overhead budgeting process, collaborating with function heads to validate personnel and operational budgets. Ensure timely submission into financial systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and present budget analysis to AMEA Overhead Cost Steering Committee
2. Responsible for the end-to-end overhead accounting closing process, ensuring accurate expense recognition (accruals/prepayments) and guiding cost center managers on proper GL coding alignment.
3. Conduct in-depth actual vs. budget comparisons with root cause analysis. Working with the line manager to develop rolling forecasts and present risk/opportunity insights to CLT through executive briefings 
4. Partner with HR Business Partners to monitor FTE costs, including: Budgeted vs. actual hiring tracking, Non-budgeted personnel cost approval workflows & Contingent workforce cost modeling  
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
6. Maintain audit-ready documentation for overhead accounts, supporting internal/external audits

FP&A:
1. Perform EVA calculation exercise from every round of rolling forecast cycles. Analyze and understand the movement of Vol/Mix/Price and support the FP&A lead on insightful analysis. Support management on effective decision making based on analysis. 
2. Lead the company financial reporting as the key user and 1st window contact from Region on reporting related stuff:  
    - Financial system maintenance and system data reconciliation during RF/Main forecast cycles
    - Run and submit monthly/planning EVA in SAC/FiT
    - MARCO (BU dashboard) data submissions to central FP&A  
3. Help FP&A head prepare important BU review materials including financial review and business reviews. Get insights from these information and provide early signals to the leaders on necessary watch-outs.
