\n• Performs periodic performance evaluation of direct reports and, coach, mentor and recommend performance improvement plans, manages the career path for the team, appraisals, cross training/ back-up plans. Undertakes active steps to achieve and maintain team engagement, controlled attrition.
\n• Ensures management of the end-to-end Order To Cash process, across Billing, Cash application, Collections, Accounts Receivable reconciliations and Accounts Receivable reporting.
\n• Manages team deliverables, and reviews issues affecting Company compliance to internal control and legal requirements and advises senior management of the issues, impact, and recommendation.
\n• Evaluates accounting and billing and/or cash application systems, policies and procedures, controls and reporting methods and leads in the development, modification and implementation with the end of standardizing, conforming to best practices and operating efficiency.
\n• Provides required assistance to Management in Process benchmarking and implement benchmarking practices.
\n• Provides critical inputs for understanding of business process risk and controls and creation of a BCP and risk mitigation strategies.
\n• Works with his/her supervisors on the Process documents for the process/ sub-process, periodical updates, sign-off from stakeholders.
\n• Owns, interprets and circulates the SLA's and KPI's for the larger process groups including improvements and utilizes the metrics for future performance management • Uses his/her understanding of the policies and is application on his area of work, including interpreting it for team usage.
\n• Leads quality focus on all activities, continuous improvement and process improvement ideas, driving process improvement projects for the team and represents his/her tower process in other process improvement forums.
