**How will you make an impact?**
As a key member of our team, you will lead the administrative and technical operations in Pre-filled syringe manufacturing and filling. You will ensure flawless adherence to GMPs and all other quality and regulatory requirements. By coordinating and scheduling activities, you will help to meet production volumes and goals strictly, while also implementing innovative training standards for your team. Your role is pivotal in achieving the lowest possible cost of goods, ensuring compliance, and encouraging an environment of collaboration.
**What you will do**
+ Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring all scheduled activities are performed as planned.
+ Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to Thermo Fisher quality systems.
+ Monitor production efficiencies and implement actions to reduce variable standard costs.
+ Lead all aspects of administrative tasks, from performance plans and job descriptions to employee reviews. This encompasses hiring, exciting, and focusing staff as necessary; offering direction for professional development and nurturing a collaborative environment.
+ Prepare and manage expense and headcount budgets ensuring targets are met while providing adequate resources for customer demands.
+ Support and improve the company’s safety program to provide a safe work environment.
+ Align with all job-related safety and other training requirements.
+ Maintain technical and operational knowledge of aseptic processing operations, balancing multiple activities with accurate prioritization of tasks. Act as the key interaction point with customers for commercial operations and regulatory interactions.
**How you will get here**
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy or related science is highly preferred. Associate's degree is minimally required.
**Experience**
+ 5+ years of operations experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar GMP environment is preferred, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
+ Minimum experience would be 2 years of experience functioning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar GMP environment with the possession of a relevant bachelor's degree OR 4 years of experience functioning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar GMP environment with the possession of a relevant associate's degree

+ Technical and operational knowledge in pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment.
+ Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
+ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
+ Effective time management and prioritization skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers.
+ Ability to motivate, energize, and retain key staff through direct interactions.
+ Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively to achieve goals and resolve complex technical issues.
