What is the Opportunity?
This role supports the management of Operational Risks and Policy compliance in Global Functions Technology (GFT). This role will support the implementation and execution of the Operational Risk Policies and Standards.
What will you do?
Function as a Risk and Compliance consultant within the GFT Operational Risk team.Review GFT Issues relating to security exemptions and risk acceptances for the assigned segment/pillarGovernance of Risk Findings for IT and Business Managed ApplicationsSupport IT Risk Leads and Senior Managers within GFT on Risk Issues and controls within their segment to remain compliantEnsure quality of Operational Risk Issues, providing support as required.Maintain up-to-date documentation of our processes, points of contacts, job aidsWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
Operational Risk Management Experience 3-5 yearsCRISC Certified or willingness to pursue upon hire (obtain within 6-9 months)Cyber Security – knowledge of industry standards related to Operational RiskExcellent interpersonal skills along with highly developed communication skills both verbal and writtenMotivated, self-starter with a passion to work in a dynamic business environmentAble to manage time effectively and communicate capacity challenges/solutionsUnder Graduate Degree or diploma computer science/technology managementNice-to-have
Experience working with Tableau ReportingCapability to manage multiple priorities across several assignments and prioritize effectivelyAnalytical with strong attention to detailStrong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointCreative and analytical thinkerWhat’s in it for you?
