I. Job Summary
The Onboarding Optimization Manager is responsible for Interviewing, Pre-boarding, Onboarding, Retention, and workforce planning for operational success within our organization. This role is key to the long-term success of talent within frontline operations.
Location: This role will sit out of the Kitchener ON office and support SW sites (Mount Forest, Waterloo, Hamilton, London, Petrolia in Ontario) as well as sites in Alberta and Manitoba in the west
Hybrid role: Monday to Thursday are office days.

A. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience 3 years previous operations management experience (in addition to education requirements) in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations and three years’ experience interviewing and hiring CDL Drivers and other frontline positions Valid Driver's LicenseIV.
