**SUMMARY**
Reporting to the VP of M&A, this position will work with the M&A team and Hub regional offices to support the fulfillment of core partner and fold-in opportunities in one of the most acquisitive international insurance brokerage firms backed by one of the largest private equity firms in the world (Hellman & Freidman). As a key member of the team, this role is responsible for leading due diligence, ratifying valuation, maintaining the client relationship and oversight of the day-to-day deal process, ultimately leading to successful closing of transactions.
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
+ Four plus years of experience in a professional work environment, preferably in areas such as investment banking, transaction advisory, financial consulting experience (preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services industries), insurance carriers or insurance brokers.
+ Demonstrated business acumen; ability to identify issues and develop strategies to effectively resolve those issues.
+ Prior experience interacting with people at all levels including executives and business owners while coordinating multiple projects and activities across the various internal discipline groups (IT, HR, Finance, Ops, etc.)
+ Adaptability in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
+ Analytical, with proactive problem-solving skills; identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
+ Organized with strong attention to detail while being able to successfully manage multiple projects to completion
+ Proficiency with technology; including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
+ Proven experience working with teams to achieve division goals and objectives.
+ Ability to travel 25-40% of the time.
+ Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed to fulfill the role.

_Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
