About the Role
In this role, you will be participating in and driving our strategic growth initiatives. You will lead and support the execution of the full spectrum of M&A activities, from industry research and pipeline generation to complex financial modeling, valuation, and the preparation of critical investment committee and board approval materials.

What You Will Do
Drive deal execution and analysis, independently developing detailed financial models and valuation scenarios for critical transactions, while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional HARMAN teamsSynthesize complex data into compelling presentations and actionable investment conclusions for executive management reviewCreate executive level M&A reports / communications to senior leadership audiences.Orchestrate comprehensive due diligence activities and ensure project timelines are met through effective coordination with senior stakeholders.Collaborate with HARMAN's Strategy and Business teams to proactively build and cultivate a robust M&A target pipelineMonitor and analyze key inorganic activities (M&A, investments, joint ventures, partnerships) and developments within the automotive and consumer electronics industriesWhat You Need to Be Successful
MBA degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required5+ years of progressive work experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated specifically to M&A activitiesProven knowledge in the M&A transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiationStrong financial concepts and analytical, modelling skills with experience in discounted cash flow, and relative valuation methods (e.g., trading and transaction comparable)A skilled and articulate communicator, able to complex information into clear, concise verbal and written presentations for all levels of the business and diverse cross-functional teamsDemonstrated strong project management abilities, crucial for overseeing intricate M&A initiativesAbility to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, global, cross-functional, and cross-time zone environmentBonus Points if You Have

Salary Ranges:
