Collaborate cross- functionally to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy that aligns financial and product opportunities
Create action plans to support sales growth
Partnership with Store Leadership Team to assess inventory needs and drive profitability and improve operations
Educate stores on Product strategies to drive customer experience
Analyze business to impact depth/breadth & capitalize opportunities
Create dashboards to share with HQ and Store Leadership
Ensure product strategies come to life in store and meet financial expectations
Leverage & execute existing Inv Mgmt systems and tools to manage store inventory levels
Identify risks and opportunities to business and recommend strategies to mitigate inventory and financial risk
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross functional team (Merchandising, Visual, Store Leadership, Merch Planning)
