Duties & Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:

Contribute to developing comprehensive brand strategies alongside Platform Leads, taking into account consumer, category, and market trends.Assist in the development of a 3-year pipeline alongside Platform Leads, identifying white space opportunities and new product and line extension opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and avenues for business growth.Oversee the lifecycle and ongoing management of individual platforms.Continuously monitor and report on platform performance to ensure optimal operation and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with Platform Leads to identify opportunities for platform enhancement, provide actionable recommendations, and execute plans effectively.Support the creation and maintenance of presentations, pipelines, and other related documentation.Assist in both short-term and long-term Integrated Marketing Calendars to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute and launch calendar programs and campaigns.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Located in the Boston Metro Area – hybrid model 3 days in officeBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years proven experience in marketing strategy, product innovation, campaign management, and cross-functional team collaboration.Preference for past experience in restaurant/retail and/or consumer goods industries.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
