Are you passionate about turning data into impact? As Manager Membership Partner Performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our membership expansion within Membership & Personalisation.
**Please note:** This role is based in our Copenhagen HUB, and we offer a hybrid working model, which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

**Core** **responsibilities**
+ Lead performance management for Membership Expansion across LEGO branded and non-branded channels, by developing reporting structures, assisting in defining pertinent metrics, and aiding in improving performance initiatives
+ Support the delivery of high-quality reports on a regular basis, covering the latest performance insights on membership expansion to drive data-driven decision making, in close partnership with the Membership Expansion team
+ Support the briefing and/or creation of self-service dashboards, to facilitate speed and transparency in performance updates
+ Support the (annual) forecasting & target setting process of Membership & Personalization, providing input into cases for membership expansion, in close partnership with Membership Demand Forecasting & Finance
+ Partner with the Membership Operations team on member feedback & satisfaction tracking across non-branded channels, and help synthesize into overall membership performance

You’ll report directly to the Senior Director, Performance, Development & Decisioning.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Solid experience working in performance management, insights and/or analytics (with experience in Adobe Analytics or similar, SQL based databases and PowerBI or Tableau)
+ Experience in Excel is a requirement, SQL strongly preferred
+ Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
+ Excel at crafting clear, concise and actionable insights from multiple data sources to answer business questions
+ Understanding of loyalty programs, personalisation, and CRM
+ Enthusiastic and positive approach, dedicated to overcoming challenges; positive mentality, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and operational excellence
+ Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure
