Also, responsible for meeting all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards and maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Supervise associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, payroll processing and performance management and problem resolution. + Manages, compiles and distributes all statistical reports, i.e. net yield, usage, capital expenditure requests, etc. Manages pricing process for all products.
