Your Work Matters

As a Marketing Manager, Pro, you’ll shape how professional contractors and commercial clients experience Floor & Decor. From trade shows to loyalty programs to in-store activations, your work connects our brand with the people who build the spaces where life happens. This role isn’t just about campaigns—it’s about creating real impact for our pro partners and driving the growth of a billion-dollar business.

Your Day Consists Of

· Acting as the primary marketing point of contact for pro teams across the business

· Building campaigns that speak directly to contractors and commercial clients, from loyalty programs to credit promotions

· Driving awareness and sales by activating marketing strategies at trade shows, industry events, and in-store experiences

· Creating reporting and insights to show leaders how marketing drives pro growth and customer relationships

· Collaborating with creative, digital, field, and operations teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand campaigns

· Managing budgets, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing that moves the business forward

You’ll Be Successful With

· 5+ years of experience building and executing B2B and retail marketing strategies that drive measurable results

· Strong understanding of pro customer behavior and ability to translate insights into campaigns that resonate

· Proven track record in loyalty marketing, live event execution, and multi-channel campaign management

· Sharp organizational skills—you thrive when juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional partners

· A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills that help you influence across all levels of the business

· A results-driven mindset with the curiosity to dig into data and the creativity to turn insights into action

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

· The position requires occasional travel, including air and automobile, in support of business operations and events.

· While performing the essential functions of this job, the associate may occasionally be present in warehouse environments where exposure to moving vehicles is possible. The typical noise level ranges from quiet to moderate.

· Classified as sedentary, this position generally involves sitting for extended periods. The associate must be able to occasionally exert 10–20 pounds of force and/or negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, with limited requirements for standing or walking.
