Required: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering or business field OR 15+years of manufacturing experience in an FDA or equivalent regulated environmentRequired: Minimum 4+ years of people management experienceRequired: Minimum 5+ years of experience in an FDA or equivalent environmentPreferred: Master’s degree in a scientific fieldPreferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificationBenefits

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $98,000.00–$152,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
