Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **Your New Role** Lead the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and promotion of technology skills learning programs that support WBD’s global learning & development strategy. _Manage the design, development, delivery, and marketing of current and future-ready technology skills content and programs supporting the global learning & development function. Partner with L&OD managers, P&C business partners, and people leaders in the business to define and execute learning solutions and skill-building programs for technical skills. Leverage global initiatives and ensure proper alignment with the overarching technology strategy for WBD (technology, streaming, games, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity) to promote a ONE WBD Culture where employees “Create What’s Next.”_ **Your Role Accountabilities** + Program Management - Design, curate, and deliver technology skills learning programs on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with current trends and business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize engagement and program impact through strategic marketing and stakeholder partnerships. Ensure courses, programs, initiatives, and marketing materials are designed and promoted to drive engagement and learning across the enterprise. Cultivate and grow key internal and external relationships for collaborative and productive outcomes. + Platform Management - Manage relationships with external technology learning platforms, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and content alignment. Regularly assess platform effectiveness and address learning gaps in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical teams. Meet regularly with learning vendors to ensure the highest level of support for the platforms and content supporting the tech skills learning strategy. Work with internal key stakeholders to identify and address learning needs and gaps for external learning platforms. Partner with technical support teams to identify and resolve technical issues impeding a positive employee experience, including license management. + Global Facilitation - Support and lead global facilitation efforts for behavioral and technical skill programs, including the Global Curriculum Program. Partner with the global L&D team to ensure consistency, cultural relevance, and engagement across diverse learner groups. Utilize design and delivery expertise to engage a global audience, working with the Global L&D team for alignment and execution. + Tuition Reimbursement Support - Manage escalated Tuition Reimbursement Program cases (U.S.) by coordinating with key stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and P&C. Provide policy clarity and submit comprehensive case summaries for leadership decision-making. Triage the cases for the approval or denial of special cases, with a deep understanding of the WBD tuition reimbursement policy to provide clarity for cases that fall outside of the normal approval or denial process. Gather appropriate information from stakeholders (employees, P&C, Legal, Finance, and the educational institution) to present a holistic case to the Senior Director of Learning & Development for final resolution. + Data Management Support – Support and maintain data processes to enable accurate learning measurement and reporting. Collaborate with the Employee Experience and Enterprise Tech teams to ensure effective program design, workflow optimization, and actionable insights. Synthesize program design and data workflow processes to ensure appropriate and accurate data collection for learning measurement. **Qualifications & Experience** + 5+ years of experience in L&D or technical program management + 3+ years working in a technology setting + Experience managing global learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera) + Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills + Data literacy and familiarity with learning measurement tools + Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years’ work experience in an educational setting with a focus on adult learning + Instructional Design certification desired + Project management certification desired **Learning & Development Expertise** + **Curriculum design & instructional development:** Skilled in designing, managing, and delivering multi-modal learning programs (live, virtual, asynchronous). + **Program management:** Leads end-to-end execution of learning programs aligned with organizational goals. + **Learning platform oversight:** Experienced in managing external learning platforms and vendor relationships. + **Technology learning initiatives:** Focused on upskilling employees in technical areas through targeted content and programs. + **Facilitation & Coaching:** Adept at facilitating learning sessions globally and coaching participants to maximize outcomes. **Strategic & Operational Skills** + **Stakeholder collaboration:** Works with business partners and global teams to identify learning needs and ensure strategic alignment. + **Project management:** Experience in project management with a strong background in planning, forecasting, and reporting. + **Data-informed approach:** Uses surveys, analytics, and feedback to improve programs and measure learning effectiveness. + **Marketing of learning programs:** Demonstrates creativity and skill in promoting learning opportunities and driving employee engagement. **Soft Skills & Leadership** + **Communication & relationship-building:** Highly collaborative, with strong consulting and interpersonal skills. + **Adaptability:** Experienced working in both virtual and on-site environments. + **Team development:** Cultivates teamwork and mentorship, contributing to team growth and individual skills development. **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
