With 1,900 employees worldwide working with these products, and 1,000 in Sweden, we are the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics. **About the role** Join our hardworking team in Uppsala as a Manager, Large Scale Production. This is a dynamic role where you will coordinate a team of 18 dedicated professionals in an environment with a high level of process automation. You will play a crucial role in leading all aspects of the production of matrix bulks, extracts, and manufacturing preparation within our section. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and manageateamofencouraging a collaborative and inclusiveenvironment. + Coordinatetheproductionofmatrixbulks and extracts. + Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. + Successfullyimplement biochemistry processes withahigh degree of automation. + Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality. + Monitor and compete against world-class manufacturing benchmarks. + Maintain detailed records and reports of manufacturing activities. **Requirements** + Provenexperience in a manufacturing management role, preferably within a biochemistry context. + Strongleadershipskills with aproven history of encouraging team collaboration. + Outstanding comprehension of automated manufacturing processes. + Deep knowledge of EHS standards and practices. + Ability to determine operational needs and implement improvements successfully. + Ambitious approach with adriveto achieve and maintain world-class production standards. + Excellent communicationskills in both English and Swedish **Why Thermo Fisher Scientific?** At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that make a difference.
