Your Impact in This Role:

We are looking for a Manager- IT Applications, who will closely work with our customers across Sales & Marketing, Customer service, eCommerce. Manager- IT Applications will help execute the Fortune Brands Innovations digital strategy in alignment with business strategies. In this role you will work closely with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, eCommerce, Logistics, and finance to enable our fast-paced business to grow and evolve. You will be working for our high-performing team, focused on the timely delivery of software initiatives on the various enterprise platforms.

Position location – Hybrid (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) - Deerfield, IL.

Qualifications

Your Technical Expertise & Skills:

Bachelors level degree in Computer Science or a related field8+ Years of Team Management experience in a capacity of Manager6+ Years of working experience with B2B applications developed using Web technologies6+ Years of experience with .Net Framework, SQL Server and Azure ApplicationsA track record of managing applications and 5+ member team supporting below technology platformWeb Tools: HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, & AjaxMicrosoft: MVC 4/5, Entity FW, LINQ, Bootstrap, JavaScriptAPI: Web Services, Web API, any other API platformsDatabase: Microsoft SQL Server (5+ years’ experience)CMS: SharePoint online, Sitecore, WordPress, Shopify (any two platforms )Experience with Understanding of design patterns, UX/UI design, best practices, technical architecture and data modellingExperience with application rationalization, migration from old platforms to newer platformsGood leadership, communication, and people management skillsGood understanding and working experience with Agile methodology using scrum/Kanban/xpGood knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and lawsExperience working on the enterprise platforms and open-source technologiesKnowledge of enterprise applications, Oracle and RPA platformsPlus: Certifications on Microsoft Technologies, and Project/Scrum Management (CSM/ACP/SAFe/PMP)
