The Division of Philanthropic Alumni Engagement (PAE) at the University of Pittsburgh is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, and stakeholders, supporting the University's mission in education, research, and healthcare. We invite you to become a pivotal part of our team as the Manager, International Gifts and Programming.

In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE's Office of the Vice Chancellors department, reporting to the Executive Director for International Advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

Implement International Fundraising Campaigns Coordinate and execute all international crowdfunding and annual fund initiatives, including Pitt Day of Giving, in collaboration with PAE and academic partners.Lead Stewardship Efforts Oversee and enhance stewardship strategies for the International Division to ensure meaningful donor engagement and recognition.Fundraise Across Gift Levels Cultivate and solicit gifts ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 through both local and virtual outreach efforts.Facilitate Strategic Engagement Activities Support and drive the success of local, domestic, and international initiatives, including events, senior leadership involvement, and fundraising activities aligned with strategic goals.

Develops and executes fundraising and stewardship programs to drive engagement and revenue; prepares and executes proposals. Develops prospect interest and strategically solicits funds.

Raise gifts in the $25,000–$100,000 range from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Drive growth in both annual leadership gifts and special gift commitments to advance institutional priorities.

Lead the implementation of international annual fund initiatives—including Pitt Day of Giving—in close collaboration with PAE and academic partners to maximize global philanthropic participation.

Design and execute comprehensive stewardship programs for international donors and UCIS supporters. Develop tailored engagement strategies to foster long-term donor relationships and sustained giving.

Support the success of local, domestic, and international advancement activity. Partner with major gift officers and senior leadership to deliver high-impact engagement experiences and fundraising outcomes.

Provide critical support in reporting, data analysis, presentation development, and social media strategy. Contribute to division-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Maintain accurate records in Affinaquest and other PAE systems. Assist with International Division operations to ensure alignment with broader advancement goals.
