The Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing internal communication programs and activities to engage and inform Associates across Irvine Company. The position is responsible for supporting all internal communication needs in collaboration with the Director, Communications. The Manager, Internal Communications will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Company to keep Associates aligned with and informed of important Company information using various communication channels and methods. The position will also contribute to social media programs.
Job Duties:
Collaborate with leaders on the development of internal communications strategies, tactics, messaging and collateral needed to keep Associates informed Partner closely with the Human Resources team to strategize, draft, execute and measure end-to-end integrated communications plans for all relevant Associate announcements, policies, and news Create content for company news, HR initiatives and programs, presentations, message/talking points and social media, and ensure they are delivered through the appropriate channel, often with a fast turnaround time Provide copywriting and editing support for all internal communications Partner with creative and technical teams to align copy and visuals for internal communications and social media materials Apply standards that promote continuity and consistency across the Company’s communications practices Explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, messaging, tactics and technologies to engage Associates Work with key stakeholders across the Company to develop content and information for internal communication channels, including email, intranet, digital signage, video, etc.Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. A minimum of 5 years of relevant internal communications experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful communication plans Self-starter, independent thinker with excellent follow-through, requiring minimal supervision in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Excellent collaboration & teaming skills. Experience managing intranet platform and content, including Company news, relevant documents and employee engagement campaigns. Experience measuring employee communications effectiveness and leveraging data to improve future strategies and tactics. Previous experience with social media, employment branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of intranet tools such as LumApps Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphics or multimedia software knowledge desirable but not required Recent experience using an email campaign management system for internal communications, preferably Poppulo. Commercial real estate knowledge a plusCompensation:
Base Pay Range: $105,800.00 - $134,600.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
