Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications
In this position... The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will convert broad go-to-market hypotheses into detailed, channel-specific task briefs, then lead the assembly of the right teams to brief and oversee the work through delivery. A crucial aspect of the role is to manage each aspect of the program development process (planning, production, execution and reporting), and work cross-department to coordinate integrated channel tactics on-time, on-budget and within existing scope. Building collaborative relationships across the marketing and brand teams while partnering with external agencies teams is essential to this role. A true one-stop shop, offering a full portfolio of electrified and internal combustion vehicles designed to integrate seamlessly with the Ford Pro ecosystem, helping customers' businesses thrive today and into tomorrow. **What You’ll Do** + Work as an executional partner to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications to assist in developing integrated marketing communication strategies across Ford Pro’s vehicle portfolio, identifying objectives and building campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer needs + Convert broad go-to-market hypotheses into detailed, channel-specific task briefs with known requirements, then lead the assembly of the right teams to brief and oversee the work through delivery + Project manage each aspect of the program development process (planning, production, execution and reporting), and work cross-department to coordinate integrated channel tactics on-time, on-budget and within existing scope + Establish campaign goals, develop integrated journey and measure campaign outcomes to drive executional excellence, speed, and focus among all team members, constantly tracking back to revenue goals and optimization + Build a collaborative relationship across marketing and brand teams to ensure communications messaging is aligned to brand guidelines + Partner with external agencies, to develop compelling storylines and marketing communications campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads and increase brand engagement + Monitor and evaluate existing governance structures that pertain to Marketing, ensuring adherence to internal processes and identifying areas for improvement; Support budgeting needs, as required to monitor spending, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability + Lead weekly cross functional meeting to facilitate discussion and collaboration among key stakeholders to ensure that all parties are aware of project progress, changes, and potential roadblocks or challenges + Work with cross brand team to oversee and coordinate management of vehicle incentive plans to ensure accurate delivery and display across relevant marketing channels to optimize customer awareness in support of vehicle sales objectives. **More Responsibilities Include** + Lead development of creative briefs, internal coordination, agency coordination, execution, measurement and manage project budgets + Drive alignment around marketing vision and strategy, set a plan, execute, monitor and measure results + Develop and manage integrated marketing communications calendar + Ensure all content follows established branding and development processes You'll have... + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other related field + 8+ years of marketing, advertising, or other related experience, preferably in automotive marketing + Strong knowledge of marketing best practices, channel approaches and proven skills in integrated channel planning + Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills + Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills + Experience and understanding specific to working in a Matrix-based organization **Even better, you may have** + MBA, or advanced degree + Marketing and measurement-oriented mindset + Strong collaborator and self-starter + Experience writing project briefs + Knowledge of automotive and commercial automotive industry a plus + Experience working within an advertising agency and / or managing agency teamsYou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
