Manager, Intake Operations (Managed Long-Term Care)

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Manager, Intake Operations (Managed Long-Term Care) will oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of critical aspects of pre-enrollment operations. You will develop a team to manage MLTC (Managed Long-Term Care) referrals processing, eligibility verification, universal assessment system (UAS) and plan of care (POC) creation scheduling, enrollment documents verification, as well as customer service and issue resolution. The Manager will create processes to ensure efficient and accurate enrollment processes, compliance, and consistent customer service within the department. **Fundamental Job Components:** + Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day pre-enrollment operations for the MLTC plan. + Manage a team of intake representatives, oversee enrollment processes, and work with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality. + Ensure accurate eligibility verifications processed through various databases such as epaces and HCS. + Support in the development of daily and weekly data reflecting referral influx. + Oversee dashboards to ensure intake team meets metrics on enrollments + Oversee initial assessments and plan of care assignment with internal RN team and external vendors. + Oversee delivery of services, such as home care, adult day care, and other long-term care services. + Ensure the compliance with all relevant regulations and MLTC contract requirements; work to improve the quality of care provided to upcoming members. + Present new strategies to improve team performance and monthly conversion. + Quarterly review’s enrollment trends and proposes new strategies to increase productivity. **Required Qualifications** + 3 years of Medicaid and Managed Long-Term Care experience + 3 years supervisory experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders + Work a hybrid work schedule in the NYC office location **Preferred Qualifications** + Salesforce platform utilization **Education** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $72,360.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
