**Description**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **_Increase Proposal Conversion_** : Dedicated follow-up on Power Generation Product Line proposals to accelerate decisions and improve close rates—freeing up BD leads to focus on high-value pursuits.
+ **_Centralized Opportunity Management_** : Proactively review and triage RFP portals across all product lines (Electric and Gas) to ensure timely responses and reduce missed opportunities.
+ **_CRM Accuracy & Pipeline Visibility_** : Maintain opportunity records in CRM for all Product Lines, ensuring data integrity, forecast accuracy, and better leadership visibility for decision-making.
+ **_Scale BD Capacity_** : Amplify the impact of our current BD team by handling administrative and tactical sales functions, enabling BD leaders to spend more time with clients and advancing strategic pursuits.
+ **_Improve Responsiveness & Client Experience_** : Ensure prompt and consistent communication with clients’ post-proposal submission, reinforcing our reputation as a responsive and professional partner.
+ **_Enable Pursuit Discipline_** : Support capture planning activities by tracking follow-ups, updating pursuit status, and flagging internal deadlines, enhancing win probabilities across product lines.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years in a Business Development support environment
+ 3+ years working with RFP’s
+ Experience operating in a CRM
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ AS or BS in a Business-related field
+ Experience working with Electric or Gas Utilities
