Manager, Inside Sales
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support to ensure team members meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations. Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Establish sales targets and KPIs for the team, track performance, and adjust tactics to ensure success. Ensure the team effectively uses CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions. Drive the adoption of new sales techniques and technologies to enhance the team’s productivity and results. Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic clients. Work with the sales team to ensure a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach that delivers value to customers. Oversee the resolution of any customer issues or concerns escalated by the sales team. Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation, campaigns, and messaging. Collaborate with customer success, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery. Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions to inform product development and marketing strategies. Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve individual and team productivity. Create and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance reviews to senior management. Continuously track market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.
