Job Summary

You create and implement the innovation strategy that is aligned with the 7Days brand and Cakes & Pastries category vision to drive growth across Immediate Consumption, Take Home and Value classes of trade.

You create and implement the croissant product renovation strategy that is aligned with consumer insights and brand vision.

You inform the design and assist to execute a Commercialization structure to bring innovation to market with speed

How you will contribute

You will work with others at Mondelēz International to determine an innovation strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth and execute commercial innovation plans based on identified goals. In partnership with brand and category teams, you will define and deliver plans to renovate the core brand and to strengthen the entire portfolio through innovation and renovation. You will also manage the portfolio. In this role, you are accountable for establishing and tracking KPIs as they relate to innovation.

Job Responsibilities

Act as Project Sponsor for all Innovation projects, gaining cross-functional inputs and entering projects into Accolade and similar systems as needed

Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions (e.g., Packaging R&D, Business Development) leveraging an understanding of their workflows to align marketing strategies with execution

Participate in standing and ad hoc project meetings to ensure commercialization execution is on track and compliant with Mondelez policies and procedures

Support selling of innovation by inputting items into GS-1, sharing innovation images and specs with Sales Strategy etc

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

5+ years’ experience developing product innovations in the consumer packaged goods industry

Commercialization experience working with both in-house and external manufacturers

Working effectively with other marketing disciplines and with cross-functional teams

Working with design, innovation and research agencies

Analytical and creative skills—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen

Consumer orientation

Attention to detail

Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills

Experience working in a matrixed environment and with global partners preferred

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
