Job Summary

Manages the execution of specific business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and collaboration across departments.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Develops and implements detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely execution.Coordinates with various departments to ensure that all resources are allocated effectively.Oversees, coaches, and fosters the growth of direct reports, while providing guidance and support to ensure tasks align with project goals.Identifies potential risks associated with project execution and develops strategies to mitigate them effectively.Responds to and resolves escalated issues during or after implementation, while troubleshooting and recommending solutions to proposed challenges.Reports on the progress and performance of initiatives to the senior team and other stakeholders.Implements best practices and identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.

Education and Experience

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
