08/04/20252000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of AmericaThe Manager, Clinical Programs on the CKD Model of Care team will be a key contributor in DaVita’s efforts to provide integrated kidney care (IKC) to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This teammate will join a team focused on developing and implementing the CKD care model strategy to operators to achieve TCOC (Total Cost of Care) reduction goals while also driving optimal patient outcomes.
This role will help develop overall tactical and strategic goals that align with multi-year objectives.
The successful candidate for this role will have a driven attitude, solid organizational skills with great written and verbal communication, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. This teammate will thrive in a highly dynamic, cross-functional and matrixed team environment, motivated by the achievement of making a direct impact on kidney patients.

Role & responsibilities:
Identifies strategic insights and connections for how the CKD program can create value
Drives operational, financial, team and clinical performance
Evaluates performance of current initiatives to identify new opportunities
Leads the development, piloting, deployment and measurement of outcomes for new innovative processes and workflows
Works closely with local operators to support adoption and quality outcomes of initiatives
Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights to share ideas with a variety of stakeholders and leaders
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of experience in healthcare-related fields required
Experience developing and managing direct reports preferred
Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
Experience designing, implementing and maintaining strategic healthcare initiatives preferred
Experience running and testing healthcare pilot programs preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to recognize, prioritize, and evaluate workload and specific growth opportunities
Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Comfort with ambiguity
Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills; strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility
Strong executive communication skills
Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple projects with multiple teams
Willingness to understand the complexity of healthcare markets
