**Manager, Identity & Access Management** **Location: Barcelona, Spain** The I&AM Security Expert will be responsible for contributing towards I&AM solution designing, implementations and management that we deliver to dsm- firmenich business. A Security Expert for Identity and Access Management (I&AM) will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, secure design and scalable I&AM, PAM and PKI solutions, and implement access controls to safeguard digital assets in the organization. The I&AM Security Expert will play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations, protecting sensitive information, identity provisioning, authentication, and authorization mechanisms and optimizing user access across the dsm- firmenich organization. This role involves interactions with a team of professionals from internal organization or suppliers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that IAM projects align with organizational goals and security standards. He/ She will be involved in communicating with Cluster Leads, Chapter Leads, Business Partners, Regional Teams as well as with other Delivery Managers from the various services in the organization. He/ She will be responsible to contribute to the common “one team” mindset that includes collaboration and a sense of joint responsibility between dsm-firmenich teams and suppliers. The role involves understanding the business requirements, security policies, and compliance needs to architect and deploy robust identity and access management systems. I&AM Security expert plays a critical role in ensuring that users, both within and outside the organization, have the appropriate access to systems, applications, and data based on their roles and responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + You are accountable for the Design, Implementations & Deployment of the IAM solutions. + Lead I&AM, PAM & PKI projects, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise. + Accountable for the Design and implementation of the IAM solution based on industry best practices, compliance standards and organizational needs. + Should be able to lead design and implementation projects of secure authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA). + Leading the deployments of PKI services and develop PKI Roadmap. + Address security considerations and ensure compliance with industry regulations in IAM architectures. + Liaising with multiple business, technology teams and suppliers to ensure IAM initiatives are understood, accepted and supported - to ensure required Cyber Resilience. + Develop and implement monitoring and reporting capabilities to track user activities, detect anomalies, and generate compliance reports. + Provide education and training to IT staff and end-users on I&AM best practices, policies, and procedures. **You Bring:** + Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security domain + In-depth knowledge of I&AM & PAM principles, technologies, and best practices. + Proven experience as an I&AM & PAM Consultant/Architect or similar role in designing and implementing I&AM solutions. + Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulations. + Experience with access control models, authentication mechanisms, and identity federation. + Knowledge of ITIL/SIAM/COBIT (service management, service delivery processes, and lifecycle management) + Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements. + General knowledge about the other IT domains (workplace, foundation, enterprise applications, ERP systems, hosting/cloud, reporting, OT, R&D) + Knowledge about and experience with market players and service providers + Fluent in English, both in writing and verbally.
