Reporting to the Sr. Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for leading cross-functional HR initiatives through effective project management, while also supporting HR analytics and technology enablement. With a focus on both execution and continuous improvement, the manager will coordinate complex projects, deliver data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance HR systems, processes, and overall efficiency. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Education and Experience** _Required_ + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Degrees in quantitative disciplines also accepted (finance, data science, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.) + 3+ years of experience in HR, analytics, or project management roles. + Strong analytical background, with hands-on experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL. + Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, stakeholder management, and execution. + Fluency in Spanish and English, with knowledge of Portuguese being an advantage. _Preferred_ + Graduate degree or certification in a related field (e.g., MBA, HR Management, PMP). + Experience working with HR systems and data (e.g., Oracle HCM, OAC, or similar platforms). + Experience in hospitality or global/matrixed organizations. **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** **Project Management** + Lead/support HR PMO initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with regional priorities. + Provide end-to-end project management support, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. + Serve as the HR representative for project status updates and report-outs. + Develop presentations, executive-level reports, and communications for key HR initiatives and leadership updates. **HR Analytics** + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track HR metrics and measure program outcomes. + Provide consultative support to HR Leaders and other Centers of Excellence (COEs) on data inquiries and HR-related projects. + Ability to analyze key metrics (demographics, turnover, time to fill, performance, etc.) to measure success and drive decision-making. + Development of predictive HR analytics model and metrics to identify likelihood of future outcomes. + Synthesize complex data into summary views. Extract and identify trends, themes, and drivers. Present finding intuitively to stakeholders. + Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop new reports and solutions. + Ability to respond to time-sensitive and confidential data requests with a quick turnaround. **Process Improvement & HR Technology Enablement** + Serve as a liaison between Continent HR and Global HR for the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems and tools. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts across HR operations. + May represent CALA HR in various calls and meetings with Continent and Corporate stakeholders. The salary range for this position is $73,800 to $119,300 annually.
