In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work as a Strategic Business Partner for Business leaders of Singapore Sales and Service Business Unit in implementing HR initiatives to support business growth. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary issues as well as strategic HR support to line managers to ensure that HR strategy and activities are aligned with and help deliver business goals. Actively involved in strategic planning, operational decisions, leadership development, talents development and retention as well as employees’ relation and performance management. Drive performance management activities and propose competitive remuneration policies to enhance and promote performance-oriented culture. Design, review and implement HR policies, programs, practices and implementation as well as provide operational support and direction to line managers. Work with leaders and site HR teams to plan, implement and monitor HR Projects in employee engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and others to improve employee experience. Monitor hiring status, employee turnover, employee training and development, provide monthly updates of these HR metrics to Management through the HR Dashboard and proactively address potential issues. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or relevant field with 8 years HR experience with at least 2 years in managerial capacity in MNC environment. Ability to influence the business and prior work experience in a matrix structure and team environment will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and proficiency. Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills.
