As the Manager, HR Technology – Recruiting & Journeys at Ford Motor Company, you will be at the forefront of leading and evolving two important pillars in our employee technology platform utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM, as well as other technologies. In this role, you will be the product/technology owner and will provide strategic leadership to enhance our recruiting and journey technologies and promote operational excellence through hands-on experience. Your mission will be to ensure that we maximize the capabilities of Oracle tools to achieve Ford’s strategic objectives, provide exceptional user experiences, and drive efficiency and innovation across the company.
