Manager, HR Operations
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join one of Calgary's largest aerospace manufacturing companies. This opportunity will be 5 days a week onsite in Calgary, AB, 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of HR strategy, services, policies, and programs for manufacturing operations in BOTH Calgary and Victoria. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to their assigned client group, direct reports, and peers to ensure effective and aligned delivery of HR services. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity and complexity, and drive process improvement while balancing a wide range of priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration, are essential for success. Finally, this person will be managing a team of 4 HR Business Partners. Skills and Requirements -Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferably site experience -Looking for someone who has been apart of an organization who has gone through multiple acquisitions (2-3 every year) -Involved in a dynamic growth environment -Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide full-cycle recruitment support, including strategy development, direct sourcing and reporting. -Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. -Lead execution of core HR programs including performance management, compensation cycles, succession planning, and workforce planning. -Manufacturing/Aerospace experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
