Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our EMEA Human Resources Team in the position of HR Business Partner.  

The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing all tasks along the employee life cycle and partnering with the business leaders to support all HR related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising on employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, rewards, employee development and offboardingWorking closely with leaders to achieve HR and organizational goals and support on all employment related mattersResponsibility for process improvements and own projects within the area of responsibilitySupport global & regional projects from a local perspectiveOverseeing Payroll & HR admin activities in GermanyContact person for questions from employees and managers about HR processes and systems

What we are looking for:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent level in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources or related fieldsMinimum 4 years of HR experience, at least 1-2 years in a similar roleFluency in English and GermanAnalytical skills and focus on resultsStrong time management, organizational, and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood Excel and Microsoft Office skills
