We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best. **In this position…** The Manager, HR Business Partner is accountable for the performance and results of the HR Business Partner team. The role is responsible for proactively resolving associate relations issues and serving as the main contact for the recruitment team. The role develops talent strategies aligned with the business objectives and ensures compliance with HR processes and procedures. Additionally, the role conducts new hire orientation, provides support in employee relations and talent selection, and focuses on policy interpretation and administration. The role has limited to full management authority for staffing, performance, discipline, pay decisions, team development, and other personnel actions. This position is located in Dearborn Michigan and has in office expectation of 4 days per week. **Executive Strategic HR Partnership:** + Act as a trusted advisor and provide **executive coaching and strategic counsel to CFO direct reports** and their leadership teams. + Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies that directly support the CFO's agenda and the strategic priorities of the global Finance function. + Proactively identify complex HR needs and emerging trends within the executive finance landscape, developing and implementing sophisticated solutions. **Executive Talent Management & Development:** + Lead and facilitate **executive talent management processes** , including robust succession planning for critical finance leadership roles and high-potential identification. + Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, executive talent acquisition strategies, and bespoke development plans for key finance leaders. + Oversee performance management processes for executive and senior-level finance professionals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. **Organizational Effectiveness & Enterprise Change Management:** + Architect and drive **significant organizational design initiatives and complex change management strategies** that impact the global finance function at an enterprise level. + Partner closely on strategic transformations, ensuring HR strategies enable successful execution and adoption across the global finance organization. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic collaboration among executive teams. **Executive Compensation & Rewards:** + Advise on **executive compensation strategies** , incentive programs, and critical reward practices to ensure competitive and equitable structures that attract and retain top finance leadership globally. + Support annual compensation reviews and promotion processes for senior-level finance roles. **Employee Relations & Compliance (Executive Level):** + Provide expert guidance and support on highly sensitive and complex employee relations issues involving senior leaders, fostering a positive and productive executive work environment. + Ensure compliance with Ford policies, labor laws, and regulations across global operations, with a focus on executive-level considerations. **Advanced HR Analytics & Strategic Insights:** + Leverage sophisticated HR data and analytics to identify strategic trends, diagnose complex organizational issues, and inform critical HR decisions. + Translate complex HR data into **actionable strategic insights and recommendations for executive leadership** , enabling data-driven decision-making for the CFO's organization. **Global Executive Collaboration:** + Collaborate seamlessly with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams to deliver integrated, high-level HR solutions globally. + Navigate cultural nuances and diverse regulatory environments across different countries where Ford's Finance functions operate, particularly concerning executive talent. Education: + Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. Experience: + Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. Licenses and Certifications: + Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) (Preferred) + Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (Preferred) Work Requirements: + Involves occasional (defined as one-third or less of the time) lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time. Work is performed primarily in a seated position and entails no significant stooping, standing, climbing, walking, etc. Many sedentary jobs require good use of the hands and fingers for repetitive hand-finger actions. Working conditions occur within low to moderate noise levels related to the use of standard office or classroom equipment.
