Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle managementDrive HR process optimization and enhancements with a focus on improving operational efficiencySupervise the payroll process and salary structuresSupervise HR budget and impacts of wage changesManage employee development programs including CD, OD as well as mandatory training programsDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirementsLead the HRIS project including system upgrades and optimization with stakeholdersSupport other functions regarding workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary actionsLead collective bargaining processes and wage negotiation / handle and review union issuesPlan and design employee eventsRequirments
