Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Manager, HR, Acquisitions & Divestments. This role can be based out of our Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Irvine CA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC or Southfield MI locations on a hybrid work scheudle. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. In this role, you will coach and advise cross-functional teams—including Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal, and Operations—on HR issues to ensure seamless transactions. You’ll lead HR due diligence and project management efforts, conduct strategic HR analysis and valuations, and provide input on legal documents to address identified risks. You’ll also manage data room preparation, support transaction closings, and facilitate the integration of acquired employees into Eaton’s HR systems. Additionally, you’ll contribute to joint ventures, minority investments, and legal entity simplifications, while continuously improving HR M&A processes and tools. What will make you successful? To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, including the ability to effectively utilize Eaton data to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes. Your project management expertise will be crucial in planning, executing, and overseeing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Working in a global and cross-functional team environment requires excellent collaboration skills to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across different teams and regions. Additionally, your ability to influence, communicate, and coach at an executive level will be essential in driving strategic initiatives and gaining buy-in from senior leaders. Experience in presenting, influencing, and collaborating with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) will help you align HR strategies with business goals. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity will be vital in addressing complex challenges and adapting to changing circumstances. Finally, being open to up to 25% travel will be necessary to meet the demands of the role, including attending meetings, collaborating with global teams, and supporting various projects. By leveraging these skills and attributes, you will be well-positioned to succeed in this role and contribute to the organization's success. **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required. • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in human resources function. • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Irvine CA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC or Southfield MI will be considered. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in business related field • Experience in Eaton manufacturing or other facility at leadership level • Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) through due diligence or integration.
