The Manager of the Homeland Relationship Manager Team leads and supports a group of HRMs who build and maintain strategic relationships between Worldwide Homeland Operations and Homeland teams. This leader will ensure the team’s work aligns with the Family History Department’s purpose to unite families for eternity and our promise of enabling inspiring journeys that bring joy to all people as they discover, gather, and connect their family—past, present, and future. The HRM manager will model emotional intelligence, collaborate across the department, lead with the principles of the Leadership Pattern, and create an environment where HRMs can thrive and deliver exceptional results.
