Manager, Growth Marketing (GC)

Green Chef is the #1 Meal Kit for Eating Clean! To support its exciting growth trajectory, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through strategy, planning and execution on existing and emerging channels ranging from Podcast and Influencer to Gift Cards and Next-gen opps. In addition to direct channel management, this role will support total budget steering & media mix optimization for Green Chef—continuously auditing the business and market to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention. 

The role reports to the Marketing Director of Green Chef and involves close collaboration with the broader Marketing organization, Finance, Analytics, Brand Creative and Product Marketing. Your efforts will directly impact customer acquisition, brand visibility, and long-term customer profitability for HelloFresh’s most premium meal kit offering, proven to help you build healthy habits. 

You will…

Lead strategy and execution across select growth channels that aim to drive reach and optimize for quality conversions e.g. Influencer, Audio, TV, Gift Cards, emerging channels  Manage external partners and internal collaborators to deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through execution and optimization Develop, brief, and review creative assets and messaging in partnership with the Product Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals With Strategy & Operations + Channel Leads, manage day-to-day steering of total marketing mix to hit KPI targets  Monitor campaign performance across initiatives, using data and insights to guide optimizations and inform strategic decisions Identify and explore new marketing opportunities that align with business goals, serving as a generalist marketer and agile problem-solver Regularly audit and identify opportunities within customer retention  Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, new growth tactics and Gen-AI opportunities to fuel innovation and differentiation

 

You are…

4–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably at a high-growth consumer brand or agency with a focus on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models Demonstrated success managing paid marketing channels and campaigns, with measurable results tied to CAC, ROI or LTV Strong analytical mindset; skilled in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards; SQL experience is a plus. You use data to drive decisions—tracking metrics like CAC, CVR, CLV, and retention to continuously improve campaign performance. Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and cross-functional teams Creative Problem-Solver: You are resourceful, think outside the box and turn challenges into opportunities and inspiring others to do the same Customer-Obsessed: You deeply understand customer needs and turn insights into impactful marketing strategies that drive satisfaction and growth. Collaborative: You thrive in a cross-functional environment, cultivating collaborative partnerships at all levels and departments to drive alignment and execution. Strategic & Insightful: You develop high-level strategies, guide execution, and solve complex problems with clear logic and contingency planning. New York Pay Range$121,500—$136,700 USD
