KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER

Build effective, profitable, long-lasting relationships with a variety of unique personal banking, business banking, and high-value clientsAct as a subject matter expert for complex personal banking issues, particularly relating to credit applications/managementLiaise with other business units (e.g., Wealth, Business Banking, etc.) to facilitate successful referrals of clients among the branch teamFor Technology Solutions Programs:
Design and build software, applications, etc. according to business requirements, UX designs, and architectural guidelines, ensuring a high-quality solutionSHAREHOLDER
