Join our team and start your journey today! **Manager, Global Compensation** Are you a _Compensation_ professional looking for an opportunity to drive meaningful change? Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! As the Manager of Compensation, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our global compensation strategy. You will design competitive compensation programs, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure that our compensation offerings attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Reporting to the Director of Global Compensation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful changes and streamline compensation processes across the organization. **As Manager of Compensation, YOU WILL:** + Partner with the Director of Global Compensation to design and implement compensation programs that align with business goals and market trends. + Lead transformation initiatives related to compensation, ensuring they are data-driven, agile, and aligned with evolving business needs. + Collaborate with HR business partners to align compensation processes with the HR operating model. + Execute multi-year plans that support compensation-related transformation efforts across HR and the broader business. + Develop and deliver clear and concise communications regarding compensation program changes. + Educate HRBPs, managers, and employees on compensation policies, guidelines, and program updates. + Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, compensation best practices, and emerging strategies. + Benchmark compensation programs against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and adjust as necessary. + Support the creation of high-quality materials for executive-level discussions on compensation strategy. + Contribute to M&A due diligence and integration, ensuring compensation alignment during transitions. + Lead communication efforts around changes to compensation programs. + Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation. **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:** + 7+ years of experience in compensation management, with a focus on broad compensation programs and incentives. + Proven experience in driving organizational change and implementing new compensation processes and programs. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation market data. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compensation analytics tools. + Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided). **PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:** + Experience in a large, global company or in compensation consulting. + Background in private equity or supporting organizations through M&A or IPO processes. + Familiarity with Workday HCM. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). + Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus. **Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:** This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
